Confetti Cookie Dough Protein Shake (Dairy-Free & Gluten-Free)

This cookie dough recipe makes 45-50 mini cookie dough balls for 4+ protein shakes. You can freeze the cookie dough balls and add them to protein shakes anytime!

For the protein shake:

-Your favorite vanilla protein shake! I use Clean Simple Eats Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder.


For the cookie dough:

-1/2 cup extra fine almond flour (Not packed! Spooned & leveled)

-1 1/2 T. Coconut oil, melted

-2 1/2 T. Maple syrup

-1/8 teaspoon Himalayan salt

-Dye-Free Sprinkle


  1. Mix the ingredients together with a spoon until evenly combined!

  2. Set the dough in the freezer for 5-10 minutes so the dough is easier to work with.

  3. Scoop with a 1/4 teaspoon and roll into little cookie dough balls.

  4. Add cookie dough balls to your favorite protein shake and freeze the rest of the dough balls in a sealed bag!
