3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Eggs  (GF, DF & Refined-Sugar Free option)

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz) bag of chocolate chips (Hu chocolate chips for a df, gf, & refined sugar free option)

  • 1 cup organic peanut butter

  • 3 T. Pure maple Syrup


Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix together peanut butter & maple syrup.

  2. Set the bowl in the freezer for 20-30 minutes so the peanut butter mixture can harden.

  3. Take bowl out of the freezer and shape the “eggs” whatever size you want. Set the eggs on a pan lined with parchment paper.

  4. Set the shaped “eggs” back in the freezer for 15-30 minutes.

  5. Melt the chocolate chips.

  6. Take the eggs out of the freezer & roll them in the melted chocolate. Set them back on the pan with parchment paper & let the chocolate harden.

  7. Store them in an airtight container in the freezer!
