🌞 Be kind to yourself: Notice anything negative you tell yourself throughout the day and replace it with talking kind to yourself.
🌞 Immerse yourself in uplifting activities: Do less social media, less tv, less phone use, less being indoors. Instead, find wholesome activities.
🌞 Exercise- Go on a walk or join a yoga class. Add in some stretching & weight lifting. Find a form of exercise that brings you joy.
🌞 Drink enough water. Drink AT LEAST 8 glasses of water each day.
🌞 Eat clean & skip the junk food. Skip out on the processed junk!
🌞 Pay attention to your breathe often: be more mindful and self-aware. Throughout the day take moments to focus on your breathing.
🌞 Eat slowly & chew your food: the better you chew the less your digestive system has to do!
🌞 Respond to your body’s needs: listen to yourself. What do you need? Are you hungry? Eat. Thirsty? Drink. Stressed? Take a step back.
🌞 Do not suppress emotions: Listen to your feelings & do not suppress them. This is crucial for health. Listen to others- resist the urge to fix the problem but rather let them express themselves.
🌞 Spend time outside: This is the easiest lifestyle change you can make! This has incredible benefits! (We will get into more detail in one of my next posts, stay tuned).
