Vacation Wellness Tips


-Keep your “routine” the best you can: If your routine consists of exercising, meditation, journaling etc. carry that over as much as you can! This has been KEY for me!!

-Pack BALANCED snacks (protein, carb, & fat)

-Bring a sleep mask (& earplugs if you don’t have any kids to listen for)

-Pack electrolytes. Stay hydrated!!

-Pack digestive aids like ginger or peppermint tea!

-Pack your supplements &/or medication & keep them in a little box in your purse & set alarms to remind you to take them! (Lock medication up in a purse so kids can’t get into them while traveling!)

-Relax & ENJOY YOURSELF!!!
